Business Data Analyst

As a Business Data Analyst within B2B you play a key role in enabling data-driven decisions that enhance customer experience streamline internal processes and support Telias strategic goals. This role combines business expertise with analytical skills and acts as a bridge between business technology and data.

Is this your new opportunity

In this role you will collaborate with product managers business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and frame business problems. You will be conducting proactive analyses to identify improvement areas in customer journeys sales and support and perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives answering urgent questions.

You will work with among other things:

• Gather data from multiple sources (e.g. databases Qlik reports APIs).

• Use statistical methods and tools (like Excel SQL Python or R) to analyze trends patterns and anomalies.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand the data better.

• Support the change toward more data-driven decision making by translating data into business insights that support strategic decisions

• Collaborate with data engineers BI developers and other analysts to ensure data quality and accessibility.

• Present findings in a clear visual and actionable way for non-technical stakeholders.

The position is based at our headquarters in Solna on modern and pleasant premises near the Mall of Scandinavia.

What is needed here is a proactive communicative and deeply curious person. You enjoy working both independently and in teams.

Your experience:

• At least 2 years experience of working with analysis of data at an advanced level and the use of techniques tools and methods in the field

• Academic degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or equivalent

• Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English

• High competence in SQL

• Skilled user of at least one visualization and self-service BI-Tool (e.g. Qlik Sense)Proven ability to successfully drive analysis related projects

• Competence in Python and/or R is a plus

• Background in telecom and mobile services is a plus.

• Experience of working within SAFe is a plus
