- 23657 - 29093 pro rata
- Part Time 5 mornings including MDSA cover 3 afternoons HLTA cover
- Permanent
- Reference: 7436
- Required from 1 September 2025
- Teaching Assistant (KS2 classes): 23657 pro rata (pay rise pending)
- 17.91 to allow for breaks 38 weeks per year
- HLTA: 29093 pro rata (pay rise pending)
- 6 hours per week 38 weeks per year
Required from September 2025 we are seeking to appoint a talented Key Stage Two Teaching Assistant with HLTA status or equivalent to join our successful and popular school.
You will be required to:
- work closely with the class teacher to maintain high standards
- be able to provide evidence of how individual targets are met to ensure progress
- assist in developing the childs self-esteem and personal and social skills
- deliver interventions as appropriate to support the needs of the child.
We are looking for someone who:
- is flexible and can use their own initiative
- can work independently and as part of a team
- is willing to work flexibly and undertake a range of duties
- is resilient hardworking and self-motivated
- has a good sense of humour
- can adapt to suit the needs of individual learners
- can manage change well and support pupils in a variety of situations
- has experience of working with children in key stage two.
