How you will make contributions that matter
Join Saputo Dairy Australia as a Quality Administrator - Hygienist at our Burnie manufacturing site (with travel to Smithton once a fortnight). Reporting to the Quality Manager youll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Conduct environmental swabbing and sampling
- Generate regular production and management reports
- Maintain documented quality procedures and work instructions for contaminant monitoring and regulatory testing
- Validate and verify Cleaning and Sanitation Programs
- Investigate and report on out-of-spec results
- Participate in audits and responding to stakeholder queries
- Drive continuous improvement across products services and processes
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Ideally you will have
- Previous experience in a similar role within Quality Operations or Lab environments
- Good understanding of dairy or food manufacturing quality systems and QMS processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Holds or is working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. food science) and eager to grow into a quality-focused role
