Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Serve as a compassionate guide to prospective residents and their families helping them identify their needs and find the right living option.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with local community partners and referralsources.
  • Lead mentor and support sales team members in achieving occupancy and conversion goals.

Marketing Execution:

  • Plan and coordinateimpactful marketing events that highlight the community and support outreach efforts.
  • Enhance brand awareness within the community through strategic campaigns and creative initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of senior living sales experience is required
  • Degree preferred: Associates or Bachelors in business marketing communications or a related field
  • Proven success in building occupancy and driving revenue in senior living or healthcare sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Engaging empathetic and professional presence
  • Agenuine love for seniors and a commitment to improving their quality of life

Career Development Path:

This position is designed for those looking to move beyond sales and intocommunity operations. You will have the opportunity to enroll in our Assistant to the Executive Director (AED) training with full support and mentorship from our leadership team.
