Job Purpose
The Director of Quality Management will be responsible for overseeing all functional areas of the Quality Management Department to ultimately ensure the highest standards of patient care are followed and organizational best practices are implemented. Scope of responsibility will include: 1) Quality Assessment and Process Improvement (QAPI) 2) Patient Safety Program 3) Regulatory Compliance 4) Medical Staff Peer Review 5) Utilization Review and 6) Corporate Compliance.

Qualifications
Education:
Associate degree required.
Bachelors Degree or higher preferred.
Experience:
5 years of experience in Quality Management.
2 years of prior management experience.
License/Certification/Credential:
Certification in quality improvement methodology patient safety science compliance practices preferred.

Under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Use and Patient Protection Act (OMMA) a safety sensitive position is defined as any job that includes tasks or duties that the employer believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others.
