SUMMARY: Act as support to the contracting team by maximizing processes and handling day-to-day tasks.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage workflow & implementation of Proposals for the Sales Team
Lead the creation and revision of Contracts for the Sales Team
Create & maintain customer Contract Work Types
Initiate contractual annual increases as warranted
Keep system & hard copy Contract files up to date with all documentation.
Maintain system global accounts and contacts as needed
HealthTrust Purchasing Group accounts maintenance and Contract communication
Assist with Product Set up as needed
Performs other office related duties as assigned by management.
