DescriptionIn this role you will support our team and clientsby:
- Using and managing internal DNV administrative systems.
- Working with external systems like GISIS by IMO Thetis by EMSA and Union Registry systems which are connected to IMO DCS EU MRV and ETS regulations.
- Digitalizing documents received from our customers such as SEEMP part III EEXI technical file and transfer documents for CII calculations.
- Communicating effectively with international shipping companies to provide support and guidance in navigating through various systems.
- Working closely with and providingadministrative support toour GHG Verification Customer Support and Governance teams.

QualificationsTo maximise your chances you need:
- Bachelors degree student or graduate in the administrative or similar field of study available for full-time work (40h per week).
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal). English is our official communication language.
- Attention to detail and solution-oriented approaches to deliver accurate and fast solutions to our customers.
