Job Description
The salary range for this position is $100000 to $100000. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience seniority location and other permissible job-related factors.
- Improve customer service experience creates engaged customers and facilitates organic growth
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Develop service procedures policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Recruit mentors and develops customer service agents and nurtures an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
- Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
- Manage and adhere to the approved budget
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Proven working experience as a customer service manager retail manager or assistant manager
- Experience in providing customer service and support
- Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
- Ability to think strategically
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Strong MS Excel and Word
- Desire to be out visiting customers in the greater Hartford area
