Full Stack Developer (.NET, React)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer (.NET React) to join our dynamic development team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality web applications leveraging your expertise in Microsoft technologies and modern front-end frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client business needs and align with best practices in software development.

Your contributions will enable seamless user experiences robust backend integrations and scalable system solutions. This position offers an opportunity to work with emerging technologies support complex projects and contribute to continuous innovation within a fast-paced environment.

Software Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core (latest stable versions) with experience developing scalable web applications
• Extensive hands-on experience with for building interactive user interfaces
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services
• Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational database systems for data access and manipulation
• Use of version control tools particularly Git

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platform services (e.g. App Service Functions Storage)
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools like Webpack Babel

Overall Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Design develop test and deploy scalable and maintainable web applications using .NET and React
• Write clean efficient and reusable code following best practices and coding standards
• Perform code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to technical standards
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Contribute to technical documentation user stories and development guidelines
• Continuously learn and implement new technologies and methodologies to improve project delivery
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives

• 4 years of professional experience in web application development using .NET and React
• Proven track record developing enterprise-grade solutions
• Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployment (Azure preferred)

Alternative experience pathways:

• Candidates with substantial full-stack development experience demonstrating expertise in both back-end and front-end technologies may be considered regardless of specific years if skill level aligns.
