  • Grade H 45718 - 49764 pro rata pa
  • 37 hours per week

Tewkesbury Borough Council is looking to recruit a People & Culture Business Partner.
Are you a strategic HR professional ready to make a real impact

In this role youll act as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams across the council providing expert guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Youll play a key role in shaping our People & Culture function supporting organisational development and delivering transformational change projects that align with our strategic goals.

What youll be doing:
  • Partnering with managers and senior leaders to provide expert HR advice.
  • Managing a varied employee relations caseload with professionalism and care.
  • Leading and contributing to key organisational change initiatives.
  • Helping to evolve the People & Culture function into a proactive strategic business partner.
What were looking for:
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Digital confidence and competence.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR business partnering role.
  • A self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
