We are currently looking for an Annual Giving Donor Development Officer to be located at our Calgary base in the Foundation department.

It takes a team to make a difference in peoples lives. When it comes to STARS life-saving mission it also takes individuals communities industry and governments. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement enhancements to our mid-level giving program including segmentation strategy donor journeys and stewardship calendars.
• Develop a framework for identifying cultivating soliciting and stewarding mid-level donors through both one-to-one and one-to-many communications.
• Establish key metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure program growth donor retention and upgrades while implementing donor data to guide portfolios strategies.
• Manage a dynamic portfolio of mid-level donors with a goal of deepening engagement and increasing giving.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records in our CRM (Raisers Edge) leveraging reports and dashboards to track donor engagement portfolio performance and trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of fundraising experience with a focus on donor development annual giving or mid-level programs.
• Proven success in building and managing donor relationships.
• Experience creating donor journeys and segmentation strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling donor communications.
