Job Summary
Human Resources specialized work responsible for the execution consulting services for our client related to: Recruitment Process Personnel Administration and Supervision Payroll Validation and Billing Assistance.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the candidate selection and recruitment process including maintaining the candidate pool (classified resumes) coordinating/conducting interviews and requesting hiring approval from the client.
- Ensures compliance with attendance and punctuality standards as well as the quality of the processes executed daily.
- Recommends and participates in disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Develops and provides training and guidance to staff as required.
- Responsible for generating the quarterly project report with the required content.
- Responsible for ensuring that the project payroll process runs within the required timeframe ensuring that it complies with the parameters established under applicable regulations.
- Assists in the monthly reconciliation of project invoices before submitting to the client.
- Perform related functions as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Labor Relations.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role may be considered equivalent in the case of a different academic background.
- Experience working with government agencies (preferred)
- Supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate clear instructions orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Bilingual
