Job Description
NP or PA to float between two sites 40/hrs week with 2-4 hours/wk at other site (Deschutes County Bend OG AND nearby site Deschutes County JDC)
Must have extensive experience in family practice and chronic disease management. Required to also be experienced in Occupational Health including workers comp and be DOT certified. Must be able to see ages 2 for family practice.
Required to work 4-10 hour days usually Tues - Fri (but can vary) with 60-minute lunch 12p-1p daily AND alternate the 1st and 3rd Sat mornings from 7a-12p.
Must be willing to also float about 4 hours per week to the Juvenile Detention Center to see detained juveniles for simple medical complaints and required physical examination.
This alternates with the other onsite provider every other Tues morning (this day/time may adjust during regular business hours as determined by the site).
Prefer venipuncture skills and experience performing CLIA-waived lab testing but will train if needed.
