Job Responsibilities

- Process all revolving funds and purchase order requests within 3 business days of receipt.
- Review revolving fund (RF) and purchase order (PO) requests for appropriate documentation codes completion of forms and compliance with federal regulations Consumer Services Policy and with the Fees Codes and Procedures policy.
- Procure order and process invoices for multi-vendor payers including Amazon.
- Identify trends both positive and negative resulting from the fiscal compliance QA reviews that can be used to train or clarify policy or procedures for staff and improve accuracy of requests.
- Provide feedback on recent trends and updates for staff on the Quality Assurance RIVR page.
- Work with the Quality Assurance and Consumer Services Directors to develop a training agenda for Administrative Team Support Staff (ATSS) and other local office staff responsible for fiscal duties.
- Stay abreast of federal regulations Consumer Services Policy and the agencys Fees Codes and Procedures policy in order to efficiently and clearly communicate compliance findings to the requestor.
- Additional duties/projects as assigned.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
- High School diploma and three years of fiscal/procurement related clerical experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
Official transcripts will be required to verify college degree.Preferred Qualifications
- One year of SCVRD experience is preferred.
