Job Description
Infosys is seeking an Oracle RetailPrincipal Consultant who will anchor the engagement effort for assignments from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives client training in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate may be located inRichardson TXRaleigh NC Phoenix AZ Indianapolis IN or Hartford CTor be ready to relocate to these locations.
Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
11 years of Information Technology experience.
- 10 years of in-depth experience in Oracle-Retail Merchandise applications (RMS/MFCS ReSA)
- At least have 2 or more implementation cycle experience of Oracle-Retail Merchandising (RMS/MFCS ReSA)
- Proficient in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
- Proficient in designing integration between Oracle-Retail and other applications.
- Experience of global delivery environment to work with offshore and nearshore teams.
- Communication and Analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prefer SIM/SIOCS ReIM/RIMCS RPM/RPMCS RIB/RICS along with Required Skills.
- Experience of managing project/programming is an additional advantage
- Knowledge of integration technology/tool (DataStage OSB SOA etc) will be additional advantage.
- Technical Skills Java Unix Oracle SQL/PLSQL
The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of should be able to effectively communicate by telephone email and face to face.
