Job Description
Job Title: Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst
Location: Hybrid (Remote with on-site requirements)
Commitment: Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 43 weeks
Rate: $65/hour
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Analyst to support project planning analysis and reporting activities. The successful candidate will ensure alignment with organizational goals and effective resource management. This role involves collaboration across various departments including IT Accounting & Finance and Procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans schedules and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Support SAP/Ariba implementation and upgrade projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Coordinate and support testing phases including planning execution and defect management.
Analyze project data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Utilize project management tools such as JIRA Confluence and Zephyr for documentation and tracking.
Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
35 years of experience in project management support roles.
Proven experience with SAP/Ariba implementation projects.
Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Zephyr).
Experience in data analysis and reporting using Power BI or Tableau.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in testing support across various project phases.
Familiarity with procurement and finance processes.
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).
Note: This role requires flexibility to work on-site as needed.
