TITLE: Maintenance Technician
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: 1.0 FTE; 12-Month position
SALARY CLASSIFICATION: Classified
GENERAL STATEMENT of RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the facilities and ensure a safe attractive comfortable environment for students.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
OCCUPATIONAL CONDITION:
High risk - Work is routinely performed in outdoor environments including exposure to noise levels varying from low to mid based on the type of tools or equipment being used on at any given time and being on your feet for extended periods of time. Daily exposure to hazardous materials such as blood born pathogens high voltage gases or heights. At time extreme heat and cold weather will be encountered.

The evaluation is done by the Director of Facilities Transportation & Energy.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Director of Facilities Transportation & Energy.
