Job Description
Job Title:Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer)
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules workflows and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows business rules UI policies and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven 2-4 yrs experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management Change Management and Service Catalog.
- Knowledge on ITOM CMDB SAM/HAM and HRSD good to have.
- Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and other web technologies.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
