Kenway & Clark is seeking aPart-Time Administration & Service Advisorto join our team inTamworth NSW. This role offers3-4 hours per day making it an ideal opportunity for a professional with solid administrative experience who enjoys working efficiently within established procedures.
Reporting to our head office in Moree you will be a key administrative support for the Tamworth branch. This role requires strong multitasking abilities attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. You will work closely with the Service and Parts Managers to ensure smooth administrative operations and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:Providing administrative support across the branch as directed by Head Office.
Processing accounts payable and receivable promptly and accurately.
Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries.
Collaborating with the Service Manager to complete administrative tasks for the Service department including timely data entry of timecards and repair orders.
Working closely with the Parts Manager to complete administrative tasks for the Parts department including daily reconciliation of cash receipts.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a structured and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in an administrative role preferably in a customer-focused setting.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage priorities effectively while following established procedures.
Basic accounting knowledge and experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A current drivers license.
Experience with Pentana-ERAnet (advantageous).
Part-time hours (3-4 hours per day Monday to Friday).
