Le Coordonnateur Soft Services sous le supervision du Gestionnaire Soft Services Sant et Scurit devra grer de faon proactive les services au btiment fournis par les sous-traitants. Ce poste inclut galement un support oprationnel aux activits de la Salle de Courrier.
Vous aurez la responsabilit de remplir certaines fonctions rattaches au poste y compris sans limitation les suivantes :
Contribuer aux activits professionnelles dexpansion des affaires.
Contribuer la ralisation des objectifs de la Socit en fait de produits dexploitation bruts et de bnfice dexploitation net.
Contribuer aux efforts gnraux dexpansion des affaires en reprsentant la Socit.
Faire apport de vos comptences dans un contexte de travail dquipe dans le cadre de diverses occasions daffaires menes par dautres employs de la Socit.
Relations avec la clientle:
laborer et grer de faon proactive les relations avec la clientle pour assurer lexcution du ou des services attendus.
Se conformer toutes les exigences du contrat du client et rpondre ou excder les indicateurs de rendement cls (KPI).
Offrir une qualit exceptionnelle de service au client.
Prestation de services:
tre assidu et ponctuel.
Offrir une qualit exceptionnelle de service au client comme en tmoignent les commentaires des clients.
Supporter les oprations de la Salle de Courrier RMT selon les besoins oprationnels (valu 20% du temps flexible).
Grer sous la direction du Gestionnaire Soft Services Sant et Scurit la prestation de service de la division Soft Services pour les sites de RMT et DOR. Ces responsabilits incluent lentretien mnager lentretien paysager le dneigement la gestion des matires rsiduelles la gestion parasitaire larchivage le dchiquetage et la gestion des uniformes JLL.
tablir une routine dinspections rgulire afin de sassurer de la qualit exceptionnelle du service.
Faire des suivis rguliers et adquats avec les sous-traitants sous sa responsabilit afin dassurer un service de qualit exceptionnelle.
Sassurer de la propret et de la scurit de lenvironnement extrieur incluant au besoin des tches dentretien extrieurs tel que le pelletage des entres ou la mise en place des terrasses.
Documenter de faon prcise les bons de travail et tenir jour tous les rapports et registres appropris en respectant les procdures de bonnes pratiques de documentation du client et de la Socit.
Communiquer avec le client les gestionnaires et collgues les priorits et les chanciers ainsi que tout problmes qui peux avoir un impact sur les services.
Participer lorganisation des salles de confrences de formations et les salles utilises pour les vnements spciaux.
Participer llaboration du systme de maintenance prventive pour son secteur dactivit.
Connatre respecter et appliquer toutes les rgles en Sant et Scurit au travail afin de garantir un environnement de travail scuritaire pour lui-mme ses collgues le client et tous les visiteurs du site.
Se conformer tout moment aux rgles de Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (BPF) incluant lintgrit des donnes et les bonnes pratiques documentaires.
Effectuer toute autre tche connexe.

The Soft Services Coordinator under the supervision of the Soft Services Health and Safety Manager will proactively manage building services provided by subcontractors. This position also includes operational support for Mail Room activities.
You will be responsible for fulfilling certain functions related to the position including without limitation the following:
Contribute to professional business expansion activities. Contribute to the achievement of the Companys objectives in terms of gross operating income and net operating profit. Contribute to general business expansion efforts by representing the Company. Contribute your skills in a teamwork context as part of various business opportunities led by other Company employees.
Customer Relations:
Develop and proactively manage client relationships to ensure delivery of expected service(s).
Comply with all client contract requirements and meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide exceptional quality of customer service.
Service Delivery:
Be diligent and punctual.
Provide exceptional quality of customer service as evidenced by customer feedback.
Support Mail Room operations at RMT according to operational needs (estimated at 20% of time flexible).
Manage under the direction of the Soft Services Health and Safety Manager the service delivery of the Soft Services division for RMT and DOR sites. These responsibilities include housekeeping landscaping snow removal waste management pest control archiving shredding and JLL uniform management.
Establish a regular inspection routine to ensure exceptional service quality.
Conduct regular and adequate follow-ups with subcontractors under their responsibility to ensure exceptional service quality.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of the outdoor environment including outdoor maintenance tasks such as shoveling entrances or setting up patios when needed.
Accurately document work orders and maintain all appropriate reports and records in compliance with the clients and Companys good documentation practice procedures.
Communicate with the client managers and colleagues about priorities and schedules as well as any problems that may impact services.
Participate in organizing conference rooms training rooms and rooms used for special events.
Participate in developing the preventive maintenance system for their area of activity.
Know respect and apply all Health and Safety rules to ensure a safe working environment for themselves colleagues the client and all site visitors.
Comply at all times with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) rules including data integrity and good documentation practices.
Perform any other related tasks.
