This position supports all aspects of the vehicle Trade In activities for the Company Australia wide by undertaking administrative tasks relevant to customers with novated leases. This role is primarily involved in the purchase of vehicles at the end of the customers lease and the valuation and settlement of the trade in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Trade-in management process from valuations to payment settlement including stocktake management of all Trade In purchased vehicles.
- Actively increasing vehicle trade-in volumes by meeting internal KPis
Maintain stock management reporting and provide support to Remarketing team in a timely manner. - Liaison between Internal and External Stakeholders including Fleet Consultants and Auctions.
- Manage the disbursement process of the Trade-in purchases for both Maxxia and RemServ while assisting with increase in used car purchases.
- Maintaining the Trade In reporting suite and stock control management
Liaising with Finance companies in relation to vehicle payouts & Security releases - Liaising with Auctions for the transport logistics & Inspection Reports
Arranging logistics for purchased vehicles as required via the nominated supplier
Disposal of vehicles - Contribute profitability of the organisation through the maximisation of sale prices of
returned vehicles by ensuring the Trade In process is adhered to in relation to the FAWT guidelines around damage to vehicles. - The role assists in the improvement of revenue returns on the resale of purchased vehicles.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 1 years experience working in a professional administration environment with a passion for and interest in all types of vehicles.
- Strong time management skills excellent communication skills both written and oral as well as demonstrate good communication skills with your Knowledge & Experience which is Essential to this role.
- Excellent presentation skills to successfully liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet and facilitate long-term and mutually beneficial relationships which will assist in the effective resale of vehicles.
- Demonstrate the ability to meet delivery deadlines and reporting of activities providing high level of accuracy and a strong eye for detail.
- Your able to be a team player with plenty of initiative and the ability to think outside the square
- Attention to detail with strong focus on maintaining correct registers in data bases.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders
- A proactive problem-solver with a mindset for continuous improvement
