Join a high-performing team passionate about bringing the Triple M/2DAYbrand to life through unforgettable listener experiences. We thrive on bold ideas teamwork and a love for music sport and everything Aussie. Our Sydney office based in the lively hub of World Square is currently trialling a 9-day fortnight with every second Friday off to rest and recharge!
A day in the life
As the Brand & Promotions Lead for Triple M/2DAY youll be the mastermind behind bold audience-first experiences that bring the brand to life. From on-air promotions and street activations to digital campaigns and local events your days will be fast-paced creative and purpose-driven all with one goal: growing our audience and deepening listener love.
Youll work side by side with the Content team to dream up and deliver campaigns that reflect everything Triple M and 2Day stands for. Youll also coach and lead a small local team bringing energy creativity and strong leadership to everything you do.

What Youll Need
- Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions marketing branding PR digital media and/or social media strategy
- In depth knowledge of content sales and promotions in the radio/media industry including an understanding of the business benefits of integration across all platforms
- Excellent people and resource management skills
- Ability to motivate and lead teams towards the delivery of creative solutions
- Ability to provide creative and practical solutions to meet Sales briefs and Content development needs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels
- Ability to handle high volume of projects at high pace with ease
- Keen interest in news popular culture and current affairs relevant to SCAs audiences
