What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Implement and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Manage and develop plant staff fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance.
- Managing and analyzing costs compared to budget to ensure a profitable location.
What Are We Looking For
- Previous experience in the aggregate industry at a supervisory or higher level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to manage production processes and schedules.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
