What youll do

Your mission: to ensure our processes are not only efficient and compliant but also perfectly tuned to meet the needs of our clients and teams. This role is all about upholding our firms high standards fostering continuous improvement and delivering invaluable support to our stakeholders.

In this role youll:

  • Be at the epicentre of our operations collaborating closely with the Executive Director.
  • Operational Excellence - Analyse and optimise existing workflows to improve efficiency consistency and service quality across departments.
  • Data and Performance Insight Manage data collection and analysis to inform strategic decisions track key performance indicators and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management Coordinate resources across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives balancing priorities to meet both client and operational needs.
  • Compliance and Governance Maintain and monitor adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies ensuring that compliance remains central to our operations.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with teams across the firm to understand their needs and provide operational support that drives success.

  • Proven experience in a legal operations or similar role within a professional services environment.

  • Familiarity with compliance standards and experience in data management is highly advantageous.
