Rejoignez lquipe Wholesale de PVH en tant que Sales Manager en CDI ! Vous serez en charge dassurer le bon dveloppement des lignes Footwear et Accessories de Tommy Hilfiger selon la stratgie commerciale de lentreprise PVH auprs de vos Clients Wholesale.
Voici les responsabilits qui vous seront confies :
- Dvelopper et appliquer la stratgie commerciale du dpartement Footwear & Accessories sur la France en accord avec la stratgie globale.
- Identifier convaincre et ngocier avec des grands comptes nationaux
- Manager une quipe de 3 personnes
- Optimiser latteinte des objectifs de chiffre daffaires de rentabilit et de prix moyen
- Assurer la remonte des informations auprs de la Directrice Commerciale
- Piloter et cadrer les besoins des marchs Franais/Belge: participation la structure de collections dfinition des opportunits de business auprs des quipes Merchandising afin dassurer que lassortiment France rponde aux besoins du march
- Raliser et prsenter un reporting fiable qualitatif et quantitatif auprs des quipes merchandising
- Former les .s commerciaux sur le produit et la stratgie des lignes
- Effectuer des visites en magasin de manire rgulire et recueillir des informations sur les tendances du march la concurrence (offre performances positionnement prix ) afin de fournir des commentaires sur les opportunits

Vous serez rattach.e la Directrice Commerciale de Tommy Hilfiger et travaillerez en troite collaboration avec toute lquipe. Pour nous lesprit dquipe est essentiel et nous sommes convaincus-es que travailler dans la bonne humeur permet de contribuer la performance !PROFIL RECHERCHE
Titulaire dun Bac 5 ou dun diplme quivalent vous justifiez dune exprience similaire en tant que manager dau moins 3 ans dans les univers de la mode et du sport.
Passionn.e par la mode vous avez acquis une expertise produit Footwear & Accessoires.
Nous recherchons des personnalits dotes dun excellent relationnel dun sens de la communication dun got du challenge et dune culture du rsultat.
Vous maitrisez le pack office et parlez couramment anglais.
Si vous tes et dtermin.e transmettre des ondes positives ce poste est fait pour vous !

About the role
Join PVH Wholesale team as a Sales Manager ! The main mission will be to ensure the successful development of Tommy Hilfigers Footwear & Accessories lines according to PVHs commercial strategy.
Your main responsiblities will be :- Develop and implement the Footwear & Accessories sales strategy in France in line with the global strategy.
- Identify convince and negotiate with key national accounts.
- Manage a team of 3 people.
- Optimize sales profitability and average price targets.
- Ensure feedback to the Sales Director
- Steering and framing the needs of the French/Belgian markets: participation in the collection structure definition of business opportunities with the Merchandising teams to ensure that the France assortment meets market needs.
- Produce and present reliable qualitative and quantitative reports to the merchandising teams.
- Train sales staff on product and line strategy
- Conduct regular store visits and gather information on market trends competition (offer performance price positioning etc.) in order to provide feedback on opportunities.

About the team
You will report to the Tommy Hilfiger Sales Director and work closely with the whole sale team. For us team spirit is essential and we are convinced that working in a good mood contributes to performance!
PROFILEIf youre curious passionate about fashion and you know how to adapt fast this role is for you!
With a 5-year degree or equivalent you have at least 3 years of similar experience as a manager in fashion and sport industries. You are an expert of product Footwear & Accessories.
We are looking for people with excellent interpersonal skills a sense of communication a taste for challenge and a results-oriented culture.Languages used on a daily basis are French and English both spoken and written.
Being reactive and taking ownership in your job are key skills.
