Job Description:
Changelead in project to upgrade the Danish SAP ERP (PR3) from ECC onOracle to S/4 on HANA data base. The system contains Danish HR andOrder to cash processes. Project includes the upgrade from Revenuerecognition (RR) to Revenue Accounting and Recognition (RAR).
- Createchange management strategy together with Test lead.
- Createchange management plan and coordination
- Targetgroup and Stakeholder analysis
- Createcommunication plan and approach
- Supporttest lead in creating test plan and coordinate training activities
- Communicateprogress together with Change lead.

- Communicationskills: excellent communication skills both verbal and written toconvey technical information to non-technical team members andend-users as well as creating and executing on communication plan(part of the change management plan)
- Stakeholdermanagement: be able to identify and analyze the impact for the targetgroups and support project management with stakeholder management
- Teamplayer: works collaboratively with other team members and end-usersto achieve project goals. Cater for good collaboration within theteam and ensure the teams work progresses efficiently and smoothly
