DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow company policies and general work procedures including attendance punctual reporting and schedule adherence.
- Adhere to internal regulations and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive data and information.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the direct supervisor or departmental manager.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports to the line manager.
- Coordinate with HR to update records by identifying inactive employees and maintaining accurate reporting.
- Support onboarding by informing new hires about available vision-related benefits (e.g. company-provided glasses or contact lenses).
- Manage distribution of vision-related supplies (e.g. contact lenses eye drops cleaning solutions) and ensure proper documentation.
- Schedule and notify employees of periodic health or medical check-ups.
- Maintain and organize department-related documentation for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Communicate with suppliers arrange employee vision check-ups and keep accurate records of employee eyewear needs.
- Manage full project lifecycles ensuring delivery on time within scope and to quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on goals timelines and responsibilities.
- Oversee the setup and execution of infrastructure or technical projects ensuring seamless integration of systems and environments.
- Serve as the central point of contact facilitating communication progress tracking and issue resolution.
- Monitor project performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and promote continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Background in optometry or a related field is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to accuracy.
- Ability to work with diverse teams and maintain professional communication.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
