Your mission:
Engage with clients via phone email chat and messaging platforms
Assist with general inquiries product information and basic tech troubleshooting
Follow communication guidelines to ensure brand consistency and service quality
Escalate complex issues to specialized internal teams as needed
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve service requests efficiently
Manage assigned support cases according to team protocols and timelines
What you bring:
Native or fluent German (C2) and good English (B2) communication skills
Strong verbal and written communication across multiple digital platforms
Customer service mindset with the ability to follow structured support processes
Basic technical knowledge or interest in resolving common tech issues
Quick learner when it comes to software tools and internal systems
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
Well-organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable and proactive in an evolving support landscape
