The KGSH Technology team is the backbone of global operations by designing developing implementing and operating all IT solutions and services. The software development team handles various solutions including desktop tools and complex ETL processes for Microsoft Azure. Simultaneously our application support teamensures system reliability while the data analytics team generates complex reports from our extensive data. In addition our team builds collaboration platforms and automates processes including complex RPA workflows.

Key responsibilities
- Management of incidents and problems (lvl1-2 support lvl3 if capable) by solving issues and communicating/coordinating with stakeholders (Business other Technology units 3rd party suppliers) escalation of issues if necessary
- Operation and maintenance of a wide variety of platforms on Microsoft stack (Internally or externally hosted) like Windows Server SQL Server IIS assist with the capacity planning and architecture of the infrastructure hosting said platforms
- Automation of maintenance task with Powershell SQL scripts or C#.NET if required
- Investigation of issues via pre-acquired knowledge or through database (SQL Server) and code (C#.NET C#.NET Core VBA) analysis based on the understanding of business processes
- Participate in the planning architecture development and deployment of a multitude of business support applications and client facing services as part of the support team ensuring the future scalability of the developments from an operational perspective
- Assist during internal and external audits by ensuring that the audited processes are implemented correctly and providing proofs and reports for the audit
Requirements
- Relevant experience in operation and maintenance of Microsoft stack based applications (1-3 years)
- Exceptional level of general IT knowledge (software hardware operating systems networks etc.)
- General understanding of software development lifecycles
- College/University degree and/or relevant vocational training or equal work experience in Information Technology
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Problem solver proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Critical thinkerthirst for knowledge exceptional communication skills
Advantages
