Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Turkish speaking Content Moderator to join their teams in Porto.
Position: Content Moderator
Location: Porto Portugal
Work model: On-site
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary bonuses.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a content regulation service for a social media platform
- Ensure that the platforms content and user accounts are accurately reviewed and actioned to ensure the safety of all users
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case reviewed
- Act according to social media policies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in Turkish (C1 level) English (B2) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
- Ability to develop skills within a short period of time
- Resilient working in a face paced environment
- Ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
- A high level of emotional intelligence and patience to effectively manage difficult or emotional customer interactions
- Motivated and positive attitude
- High attention to detail

- Working schedule: Monday to Sunday 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM with rotating shifts; (07:00am 04:00pm / 09:00am 06:00pm / 01:00pm 10:00pm) 2 days off
