Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and attentive Constant Observers (HHA/CNA) to join our healthcare team in Port St. Lucie Florida. In this role you will provide one-on-one observation and support for patients who require continuous monitoring to ensure their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide continuous observation and supervision to assigned patients.
  • Ensure patient safety by preventing falls self-harm or other risks.
  • Maintain a calm and reassuring presence for patients.
  • Report any changes in patient behavior or condition to nursing staff.
  • Assist with basic patient needs such as repositioning hygiene and comfort.
  • Follow hospital protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required).
  • Previous experience as a patient sitter observer or healthcare aide preferred.
  • Strong communication and observation skills.
  • Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
