American Family Insurance situated between East side of Madison and Sun Prairie is a privately owned insurance firm in search of a skilled and licensed customer service representative.
In this role you will be responsible for managing phone inquiries from clients regarding their policies claims or any general questions.
To excel in this position prior experience in the insurance industry and strong organizational skills are essential.
