Pay Rates as Follows:
- Assistants and floats: $15-17 / hr
- Leads: $17-19/hr
- Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
Positions Available:
- Infant Breaker/Closer
- Toddler Teacher Assistant
- Infant Teacher Assistant
Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare facility
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote physical education child welfare and math skills
- Supervise children during playtime meals and nap time
- Assist with potty training and personal hygiene tasks
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children in the facility
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate with parents regarding their childs progress and any concerns that may arise
Qualifications:
- Leads - CDA or degree in ECE (preferred)
- Assistants - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or childcare setting (preferred)
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children parents and other staff members
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Patience compassion and a genuine love for working with children
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
