Sage Connections is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team and provide services within the school setting for the upcoming 25 26 school year in a full-time role.

We re looking for a compassionate and collaborative Special Education Teacher to provide direct instruction and individualized support for students with diverse needs. Whether youre experienced in the field or transitioning into a new district we re here to help you succeed.
Position Details
- Caseload Type: Multiple classrooms available
- Age Range: Elementary
- Hours per Week: 37.5 - 40 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday Friday school hours
- Start & End Date: August 2025 - June 2026
Responsibilities
- Deliver specially designed instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation progress monitoring and compliance
- Adapt curriculum and materials to meet diverse learning needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families
Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education
- Special Education (K-12 License with appropriate Special Education endorsement
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- Passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners
