Day by day our development team of about 400 experts pursues the goal of creating the best possible customer shopping experience for our online marketplace. • You serve as the central point of contact for our data solution suite (Tableau Pushmetrics Secoda) providing first-level support to users with tool operation access issues technical troubleshooting and feature application guidance
• You oversee comprehensive tool administration performance monitoring and vendor relationship management to resolve issues and evaluate new features
• You develop and implement data governance frameworks and best practices (e.g. data discoverability and literacy)
• You collaborate closely with embedded analysts and analytics engineers to optimize our data solutions performance and integration
• You develop and maintain dashboards and reports when needed taking full ownership of these projects from conception to delivery
• You evaluate potential new data tools and technologies to continuously enhance our capabilities and meet evolving organizational needs

Profil

Your profile this is what we expect from you

• You have experience as a power user of data visualization tools (particularly Tableau) with proven abilities in tool administration user support and vendor management
• You possess intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve technical issues with data tools
• You have experience implementing data governance practices including effective permission structures and asset management processes
• You are a service-oriented communicator who explains technical concepts clearly across expertise levels takes initiative to identify improvement opportunities and thrives in cross-functional environments while enabling others through technology and best practices
