Key Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition & Business Development in the Real Estate sector (Syndication Land Intermediation Asset Management Strategy)
Stay updated with Real Estate Market trends & wholesale funding opportunities
Identify and target potential Real Estate Developers for funding opportunities
Key Account Management for revenue generation and referrals
Handle end-to-end transaction lifecycle from prospecting structuring negotiations to deal closure
Prepare & present collaterals including Pitch Books Information Memoranda and Cash Flow Statements
Develop industry expertise and maintain market intelligence
Requirements:
2 years of experience in Real Estate financing / SME & Mid-market lending from Banks NBFCs AIFs or Financial Institutions
MBA/PGDM or equivalent from a reputed institute preferred
Strong Networking Deal Structuring and Negotiation Skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Proficiency in local language preferred
Preferred Candidates:
RMs / Business Development Professionals from ECG SME or Mid-Market teams in Banks & NBFCs
RMs from HFCs RE Funds IPCs or Consulting Firms
Business Development Managers & Finance Professionals from Real Estate Developers
