The Company

Our client Pedigree Home Services is on the lookout for a motivated and hands-on Housekeeping Team Leader to join their cleaning services team. In this key role youll supervise and support a small team of housekeepers ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards. If youre an experienced cleaner with leadership skills and a passion for creating clean safe and welcoming spaces we d love to hear from you.

About The Role

As a Housekeeping Team Leader you ll play a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning services by leading a small team. This hands-on position combines leadership and cleaning responsibilities ensuring all work meets company standards and exceeds client expectations. Youll be responsible for coordinating daily tasks performing quality checks communicating with clients and supporting your team to maintain a clean safe and professional environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced client-focused setting. Other responsibilities could include:

  • Allocating tasks and ensuring efficient team performance
  • Performing a range of cleaning duties (vacuuming mopping dusting sanitising bathrooms/kitchens etc.)
  • Conducting quality checks to meet company and client expectations
  • Liaising with clients to address requests or feedback
  • Reporting incidents delays or supply needs to management
  • Supporting new staff with training and guidance
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance across all tasks
  • Promoting a positive and respectful team environment

This is a casual position hours are not guaranteed and will be scheduled based on business needs.

A Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Proven experience in domestic or commercial cleaning
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standard
  • Reliable punctual and well-organised
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid drivers licence (essential)
  • Police/background check (required)
  • Willingness to travel between job sites

Special Requirements:

Valid driver s licence essential for traveling to client locations

Police check / background check required for working in client homes or businesses
