Job Description
This is a remote position.
Weekday Agent Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
What You ll Do:
Answer incoming calls from potential and current customers
Book appointments for our estimation team
Engage in genuine conversations not just reading from a script
Represent our company with warmth and professionalism
Handle inquiries with patience and clarity
Requirements
Excellent spoken English skills
Preferably with an American or neutral accent
Strong conversational skills someone who can break the ice and build rapport easily
Experience in residential construction or familiarity with the industry is a big plus
Dependable self-motivated and tech-savvy
Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
