Appointment Setter Mental Health Practice (Remote)

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads using a provided dialer system in a professional and empathetic manner.
Schedule appointments for our clinical intake team ensuring the prospects meet basic qualifications.
Conduct brief needs assessments over the phone to determine interest and fit.
Accurately update CRM records with details of all interactions.
Collaborate with the intake and care coordination teams to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
Handle questions objections and provide clear information to potential clients.
Stay informed about our services and mental health care approaches to effectively communicate value.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills with a calm and articulate phone presence.
Previous experience in appointment setting telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other remote communication tools.
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Equipped with a reliable internet connection and noise-cancelling headset.
Resilient empathetic and able to remain composed under pressure.
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience:
Experience in both B2C and B2B appointment setting.
Familiarity with mental health healthcare or counseling services is a plus.
Understanding of sales or motivational interviewing techniques.
Track record of achieving performance goals or appointment quotas.
Ability to quickly build rapport and create a welcoming experience for potential clients.
