We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Cairo-based sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance hitting sales targets and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all inbound and outbound sales interactions primarily serving clients in Kuwait and the GCC.
- Lead and manage the Cairo sales team providing coaching guidance and performance monitoring.
- Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure achievement of KPIs and conversion goals.
- Handle and monitor inbound leads follow-up pipelines and outbound call strategies.
- Collaborate with Kuwait HQ to align offers scripts and campaigns based on local market preferences.
- Track team performance using CRM and reporting tools and share insights with leadership.
- Ensure that team members are trained in GCC communication styles expectations.
- Support in hiring onboarding and ramping up new sales agents.
- Proactively propose improvements to sales flows pitch techniques and objection handling.
Requirements
- 4 years of proven experience in sales in travel B2C service.
- Prior experience managing a team of sales agents.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior in the GCC market.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
- Performance-driven proactive and organized.
- Fluent in English and Arabic. Familiarity with the Kuwaiti dialect is an advantage.
