The Nonprofit Donation Specialist is a key member of the development team responsible for processing and managing incoming donations maintaining accurate donor records and ensuring an excellent giving experience for all supporters. Requirements
Fluent English speaking and writing.
At least 6 12 months of customer service or call center experience.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.
Ability to follow scripts and procedures precisely.
Prior experience with fundraising nonprofit support or handling sensitive donor interactions.
Answering inbound phone calls promptly and professionally. Providing accurate information and assistance to callers. Resolving customer inquiries and issues on time. Documenting all interactions and maintaining detailed records. Escalating complex issues to appropriate channels when necessary. Following company policies and procedures. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery. Adhering to client-specific guidelines and protocols. Meeting performance metrics and targets set by the company.
