Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional support to clients regarding bookings travel updates and general inquiries
Assist in managing and modifying reservations including flights hotels cruises and activities
Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors to resolve service issues and confirm arrangements
Maintain accurate client records and documentation using internal systems and tools
Assist with invoicing itinerary confirmations and post-booking follow-up
Stay informed about industry changes destination updates and supplier procedures
Collaborate with travel advisors to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service travel coordination or administrative support preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of attention to detail and organizational ability
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment
Proficient in using booking tools email platforms and online systems
Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and reliable internet
A genuine passion for helping others and a strong interest in the travel industry
