Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences destinations and travel goals
Recommend cruise lines ships itineraries and stateroom categories based on client needs
Book and manage cruise reservations including excursions dining and onboard services
Provide pre- and post-booking support including payment schedules documentation and FAQs
Monitor cruise line promotions and offers to match clients with the best value
Collaborate with suppliers and customer support teams to resolve issues and confirm details
Maintain accurate records of client information bookings and communications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in travel planning customer service or cruise booking is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple client needs at once
Comfortable working remotely using digital tools and booking platforms
Passion for cruising and helping others plan memorable experiences
Must be 18 years or older with access to a computer and reliable internet connection
