Job Description
Our client is one of the foremost Insurtech companies in Africa.
The company is seeking to hire a creative and detail-oriented copywriter who will be responsible for crafting engaging persuasive and high-quality written content for a variety of platforms including websites social media email campaigns advertisements and more.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the voice of our brand and helping us connect with our audience in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities:
Write clear compelling and grammatically correct copy for a variety of media (e.g. websites emails social media advertisements brochures).
Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all content and communications.
Collaborate with designers marketers and other team members to create content that aligns with project goals.
Edit and proofread copy to ensure it is error-free and optimized for clarity and impact.
Conduct research to understand target audiences market trends and competitors and apply concepts and ideas for campaigns and projects.
Develop creative concepts and ideas for campaigns and projects.
Revise content in response to feedback and changing project requirements.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in copywriting SEO and content strategy.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications English Journalism or in any related field.
2 years experience as a copywriter with a portfolio of work demonstrating creative writing skills in specific industries like tech fashion finance etc).
Familiarity with SEO best practices and how to optimize content for search engines.
Experience with content management system (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
Understanding of UX writing and how it impacts user experience.
Excellent command of English with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
Experience writing for a variety of media including digital and print formats.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Benefits
Compensation: Base Pay is N350k - N400k Monthly net other interesting benefits
