Job Description
Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our growing team in Montgomery AL. This role serves as a key point of contact for our clients ensuring an outstanding experience and effective coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will be client-focused highly organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments
Manage client inquiries providing timely and effective solutions
Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
Support onboarding processes and follow-up on service deliverables
Prepare reports and summaries for client accounts and internal meetings
Identify client needs and collaborate with team members to develop strategies
Ensure service delivery standards meet or exceed client expectations
Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred
13 years of experience in client services administrative support or account management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
