Job Description
Captura Hall is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who excels in written and verbal communication and has a strong interest in coordinating internal and external communications. You will play a key role in supporting public relations initiatives content development and message consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
Draft edit and distribute press releases newsletters and internal communications.
Coordinate and maintain editorial calendars and communication schedules.
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies.
Support planning and execution of public events presentations and media outreach.
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communication effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing design and project teams to ensure message alignment.
Maintain and update communication materials databases and contact lists.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or related field.
13 years of experience in a communications PR or content-focused role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with communication planning and reporting tools is a plus.
