Job Description:
Captura Hall is seeking a motivated and strategic Business Development Representative to identify new business opportunities build relationships with prospective clients and drive company growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls emails and meetings
Present Captura Halls services and value proposition clearly and persuasively
Develop and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
Track sales activity and prepare regular reports on business development performance
Participate in industry events conferences and networking opportunities
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or a related field
13 years of experience in sales business development or client relations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
