Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Montgomery AL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions coordinating office operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls managing emails and scheduling appointments
Maintain and organize office files records and databases
Prepare reports memos and correspondence
Assist in the preparation of meetings including agendas and documentation
Coordinate internal communications and support team members with administrative needs
Manage office supplies and inventory
Provide front-desk coverage and greet visitors professionally
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
