Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role you will support senior account managers by maintaining client relationships assisting with account administration and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. Responsibilities
Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction
Prepare and maintain account documentation reports and proposals
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality and timely delivery
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Support senior account managers in meetings presentations and follow-ups
Monitor account performance and report key insights and trends
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field
1 year of experience in customer service account support or sales (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
