Job Description
Ensure a seamless online shopping experience for both buyers and sellers by actively listening to customer feedback and taking appropriate action.
Drive online sales growth by working independently to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge especially in secondhand items and engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock control routines to ensure smooth inventory operations.
Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as required to support the overall success of the sales operation.
Qualifications :
- Proven strength in sales and customer service with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Highly organized detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving and task execution.
- Adaptable and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to take on additional ad-hoc tasks as needed to support business operations.
